Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Zeta, an artificial intelligence assistant provided by PABLO ALFONSO TEIXEIRA UNGARO LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 47.460.147/0001-28 ("Zeta", "we"). By creating an account or using Zeta, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Zeta talks by voice and text and carries out tasks at your request: it controls devices in your home through Home Assistant, uses your computer through the macOS app, manages events in your Google Calendar, creates images, writes code and runs routines. Zeta is in beta: features may change, be added or be removed.
2. Account
- You must be 18 or older and sign in with your own Google account.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account and on the devices where it is signed in. If you notice unauthorized access, let us know.
3. Actions on your behalf
When you ask, Zeta acts for you: it clicks on your computer, turns devices in your home on and off, creates and cancels events in your calendar and sends invitations. Therefore:
- You are responsible for the requests you make and their consequences.
- Review important requests. Zeta asks for confirmation before some actions (such as cancelling an event with other guests), but not before all of them.
- Only connect devices, homes, calendars and accounts you have the right to control.
4. AI can make mistakes
Zeta's replies and actions are generated by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors. Zeta does not replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise). Check important information before relying on it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Zeta to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- access other people's devices, accounts or data without authorization;
- send spam, fraud or abusive content;
- bypass technical limits, overload or attack the service;
- generate illegal content or content that exploits minors.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
6. Third-party integrations
Google, Home Assistant, Slack and other services you connect have their own terms, which still apply. You can disconnect any integration under Settings → Integrations.
7. Price
Zeta is free during the beta. If we start charging, we will give at least 30 days' notice with the price and conditions, and you decide whether to continue. Nothing will be charged without your agreement.
8. Your content
What you send to Zeta and what it creates for you remains yours. You only grant us the permission needed to store, process and transmit that content to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability
We do our best to keep Zeta running, but as a beta it may be unavailable, slow or temporarily lose features. Some features depend on your own devices being on and connected (such as your computer for tasks on the Mac).
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting the rights granted to you by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, we are not liable for indirect damages, for losses caused by requests made by you or by anyone using your account, or for failures of third-party services.
11. Termination
You can stop using Zeta at any time and request account deletion by emailing my.zeta.assistant@gmail.com. We may also discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
12. Trademarks
"Zeta" and the Z logo are our trademarks. ChatGPT, Alexa and Claude are trademarks of their respective owners; Zeta is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by OpenAI, Amazon or Anthropic.
13. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Zeta afterwards means you accept the new version.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of your domicile have jurisdiction over any dispute.
